Here was my final tally on the pigtail situation:
1. Original pigtail - defective after 20 months. Low flow.
2. Replacement pigtail from Camping World (Mr. Heater brand)- Defective out of box - Zero flow.
3. Replacement pigtail from another RV parts supplier in Tucson - Defective. Low flow.
4. Another brand of pigtail from yet another rv parts dealer - Worked fine.
