Changed tanks, problem solved.
Put old (full) tank on bbq grill and it worked fine.
No idea, but at least things work for now.
Could my attachment be doing something odd? Hoping this does not occur again.
A common error is for someone to open the valve too quick and activate the flow restrictor.
The reason for two stage is better control of pressure. On a BBQ fluctuations in pressure are unimportant.
