Propane tank problem
I have a propane tank that is full but it won't release the gas. I have disconnected it and reconnected several times, I also put a gauge on it to see if it will register any gas in the tank, nothing....

I dropped the tank several times very heavy on the ground and reattached it to the lines in the camper, nothing. I bought another tank and brought it home and attached it to the camper with a gauge in the line so I could see how much pressure was coming from the tank. I guess it being so cold, twenty degrees outside right now, that the propane doesn't flow as well as when it is 70 or eighty degrees. Anyway the in line gauge shows I have gas now flowing through the lines in the camper. Now what do I do with the tank that is full and can't get anything out of it?
