The young guy ,who was newly hired did not give me a receipt. I asked "how about a receipt?" He said "I put tape on the tank with your name and phone number" plus my name was painted on the tank with my phone number. The poor kid was working by him self and he said he had 9 customers in line for propane so when the guy said "that's my tank right there the kid took his word for it. No record who the guy was that took the tank. Looks like I am out one 100 pound tank. Called the Sheriff and they said it is up to Cactus Propane to make it right. Sheriff said to give them 30 days or so to do so
