There were two OLD TANKS there to be picked up. They were silver and beat to heck. Mine was white and looked near new. Later I could have taken one of those as the worker said "Take either one" If I knew then what I know now I might have taken one of those. But neither one was mine and how about the owners of the tanks? I am sure the guy that took mine that one of the old tanks was his but he saw a chance to get a nearly new tank. I am afraid that I am screwed. We will see what the Better B will do. Local Business VS Snowbird
The BBB will do nothing except file your complaint and then close case a few months later when Business doesn't answer complaint.
They have NO authority to do anything
