  • What jerryjay11 wrote! Most RV's have a spot where supply lines run through the floor and all you have to do is remove the foam sealant, run your line, and re-seal the hole.
If your RV has a CO(Carbon Monoxide) detector buy a second one and mount it at the opposite end of the RV. If your RV doesn't have a CO detector, buy two.

First I would not do that inside an RV

But, You can get an adapter hose at most any RV or Fireplace/Grill store.

NOTE: on the MR. Buddy.. I have found you may need to really screw that hose into the regulator's bottle fitting,, I had to use tools to tighten it as hand tight did NOT open the valve in the hose... But hard tightened it did.
  • You didn't say where you were going to set the 20 lb tank so... The first thing you should do is increase your life insurance policy if you plan on sleeping in the RV. LP is heavy and would have to fill your RV up to your window level to escape, but before that it would ignite from your MR. Buddy. You must have venting to use it inside, but a cracked window isn't going to vent gas. If you ever noticed LP gas detectors are located low in RV's for just that reason. You are better off finding a way to run the LP line from outside the RV.

    From Mr. Buddy manual:
This Heater may be used in a recreational enclosure or
temporary construction work enclosure with a remote
refillable propane cylinder ONLY when the cylinder is
located outdoors and the Heater is used with Mr. Heater
Hose No. F273701, F273702 or F272702 and fuel filter
F273699. Fuel filter must be replaced annually. Or use
F273704 Buddy series hose. Fuel filter not required.
    • DANGER: NEVER bring a refillable propane cylinder
indoors. A fire or explosion can occur causing property
    damage, serious injury or death!
  • All needed info is in owners manual

    Heed warnings and advice!
