Had my propane tank filled today and found that the vent is not working. I have never been able to get more than 7 gallons in a 12 gallon tank. Not sure how to fix this? this is the tank that came on ...

unlike a bar-bq tank we can not weight the tank to see how much is in it , or know when its full when filling, the vent on the on board tank lets the operator know when the tank is at the max capacity when liquid appears out of the vent.. maybe check in with a place that can replace the valve next time the tank is empty...
