First year using 2 12v batteries in parallel. Is it ok to leave in parallel and place on maintenance charger with positive on one battery and negative on other or is it better to use 2 separate charg...

Hook charger to 1 positive and 1 negative, set the charger to 12 volts...It won't matter which battery you connect to as long as both batteries are connected properly to each other.
