It's been a while since I opened mine up... and I don't recall where the transfer relay is located :(
I do suspect that your ProSine is repairable. But if you decide that it's time to call it quits with that unit and you want the same kind of functionality (power factor corrected charger/sine-wave inverter/fast transfer switch) I suggest that you take a look at the MS2012 or MSH2812M from Magnum Energy.
