No, your diagram shows a 24V bank with a 12V tap. You cannot charge that with a 24V charger without having problems. Any draws from the 12V tap will drop the SG of that string's cells. In order to charge the lower SG string, you MUST overcharge the other.
You have 6 x 6V batteries in your profile and that is why I suggested two separate banks of 4x6V=24V and 2x6V=12V and two solar charging systems.
Yes, you are correct that you are still not getting this. :)
