Samlex 24v 2kw inverter testing day.
The 120v hard-wire setup. A real bear using Romex. I may redo this with 10/3 RV cable. The Input Level light is flashing orange indicating "too much" input power. Since the solar is charging, it sees 28.8vdc at its input and warns. Manual says it has a 28.6 hi level.

Solar controller output:

4-T605s in series. The 1/0 cables shown are tiny compared to the 4/0 I was using.

I ran a toaster for 90 seconds, and the MW for 1 minute. Nothing beeped, nothing overheated, works just fine. On the old Prosine the MW would always sag just a bit. On the 24v.. no noticeable sag at all.
Edit: Oh, and I set switches s2,s3 and s4 to OFF so the unit will power any small load, which I tested using my XM boombox. No problem.
