Jackery,Blueti and all these powerstorageunits can cook your meals if using IH cooker very eficiently and
power small 12V fridge and computer,phone etc and get easily recharged by solar panels or vehicle alternator,when properly set up.
I know several van dwelers doing just that very sucesfuly.
Large RV maybe diferent story however.
