There are lots of cheap and easy voltage transformers. The problem comes when you want to run devices that are affected by 50hz vs 60hz (not all are).
If you want a true global vehicle, get yourself a large enough battery charger that will accept either power supply and then run everything off an inverter. This will allow you to supply clean power of the correct voltage and hertz.
