Quality new dual propane regulator?
My regulator has failed before going through the first pair of tanks. Rather then spend the $$ for fuel to get to the dealer for inspection and warranty replacement I'd rather just get a better on...

I have had several of the Marshall Brass ones fail. And one of another brand. Don't remember what it was. I am now on my third type, and I also now carry a spare. This is over 20+ years. They seem to fail at random. Usually when I am a long ways from a parts store.
I asked about a better one at a couple of RV parts stores and was met with blank stares.
