Go Power is a good brand. It will have a fan.
The Morningstar, is an even better brand and does not have a fan. That should mean it won't draw as much energy from the battery bank when loaded up.
What do you plan to run on the inverter? 600 watts is not enough for more than the smallest appliance loads, so I can't see the advantage.
Xantrex Prowatt is 2000 watts and costs about $355.00. (From Best Converters). That would run everything in an RV for brief periods of time (limited by battery capacity).
