I am sorry maybe I did not explain well enough, or give enough back ground. One battery is an Interstate that I bought last spring, that I kept from my last trailer, and the other is brand new. The batteries are at 12 volts and hold their charge, and I have 12 volts to the converter and fuse panel with no thing running. When the converter is hooked in and I turn on 6-12 volt lights and then the pump runs I have 9 volts at the pump, 10 volts at the main lug of the panel. If I disconnect the converter the volts raises. The voltage in the batteries does not change with the current draw.
