Question about what could be on the top of my RM2652 fridge?

I have an odd question. Does anyone know if the *top* of a Dometic RM2652 'fridge has any exposed wires or components? Or is the top enclosed or just free of any "guts"? I've looked at the manual ...

I've had mine out and there's nothing up there. I ended up filling the area with insulation (sides too).
