QUESTION Audible Alarm For 120 VAC?

I have been searching high and low (but obviously not in the right place) for an audible alarm for either or both low, or high AC voltages. Some device that I can set the alarm trip points. Would like to get alarms for both values.

Any ideas?

    I saw a bunch of 12 vdc alarms that would do that- maybe add transformer and rectifier and use one of them?
