I don't know that there is much that can be done...doesn't sound like your dumping from full...
You could get a plumbing snake and stick it down in th tank and thrash it about for a while....remember to have a bucket to coil it into as you pull it out...
We had a smell problem on long road trip a few years ago, the baby wipes were not dumping out and accumulated in the tank...I took a garden house and put one of those little brass high pressure novels on it, hooked to my stick house hot water and pushed it down into the tank and turned it on full....
For the time being, a full bottle of pine sol will keep the zombie rot at bay
