Not sure what your plan is.
It sounds like you are going to want to set up so the receptacle on the outside can feed the house during a power outage and then feed the RV during normal configuration.
This would require two receptacles on the out side of the house. One male and on female.
Then a transfer switch somewhere in the system to disconnect the genset female receptacle from the power coming from the utility.
This could be a transfer switch unit from a electrical supply.
It would require some serious design and installation procedures.
