As a currently licensed electrician I fully agree with john&bet.
While I could answer based on my understanding of the stated requirements I will not as I cannot be sure of my interpretation.
I do agree that the installation of the conduit at this time is a good idea, but you need to get someone who knows what is needed to review the project with your to ensure code compliance (and safety!!!)
