QUESTION New Fords And Chassis Battery Disconnect

I got an email from someone I don't know but he said he knows a friend of mine. He has a 2014 V10 one-ton pickup truck in Guadalajara and "Jim" said he believes the battery is going bad. Up jump...

They sell a power port cord that takes the little 9v battery used in smoke detectors. You can easily make your own with a connector and plug from Radio Shack.
