QUESTION New Fords And Chassis Battery Disconnect

I got an email from someone I don't know but he said he knows a friend of mine. He has a 2014 V10 one-ton pickup truck in Guadalajara and "Jim" said he believes the battery is going bad. Up jump...

Somebody tells me they have a 2014 Ford 1-ton V10 and I pretty much take them at their word. F450, Z69000000, I don't give a damn. Did it matter?

It would appear to me that if a person does not know what he is driving and demonstrates that he doesn't it might matter if he is even driving Ford. But I will chime in and say that I don't really care either. :W
