Question on solar controller hook up?
I finished up most of my solar install today and I noticed an issue when hooking up the solar controller to the batteries. I'm using an A/B Both switch to control what bank or banks I want to run....

A single set of #4 is not enough for drawing over 100amps. You can double them up (two pos and two neg) or get single lengths of fatter wire. That should get your initial voltage drop when drawing 100amps to 1.0v or less.
Check the wiring spec for that 2000w inverter for drawing its full rated load.
