so I went to morningstar string calaculator and man the terms they through out ..
so when i put in the grape 195 watt panels and teh 45 amp mppt tristar controller it show me this:
Configuration
1 Module in Series Per String
3 Strings in Parallel
585 Watts Total
Optimal Configuration
SO what does that mean.. what is the difference between a module and a string.
the way i interpret this is for one 45 amp mppt controller I can use 3 195 watt panels in parallel for a total of 585 watts.
what does the "1 Module in Series Per String" mean?? i wish the term would be more consistent in the industry.
