Wanted to answer some questions, but there are too many holes to patch, so to speak.
The smallest microwave requires at least 90A DC current. You can't do this to 2*6V batteries (don't remember the exact stage of your battery bank planning). I mentioned this in that other thread - with a small battery bank you will have to run a genny for MW.
