Earlier I posted that I saw a youtube video where a eco-worthy user had issues with his heating up. He mounted it on a few pieces of wood to expose the back of the controller to cool it off. He did 5 videos total and in one he complained of line loss and I told him to get better wires. He went to 4 gauge wires and both issues went away.
