Ran batts down so I could watch the Solar charge them up

I think I've lost it, I just tried everything I could do to wear my batteries down just so I could watch the solar charge them back up. Coffee maker, hair dryer etc. to get them down. My modest sys...

I have the remote display that shows volts, amps from panel and volts, amps going to the battery.
