On my Dometic unit two copper tubes were too close together and would make a loud buzz almost a rattle. These are the two tubes connected to the compressor unit and run along the base to the back of the unit. I discovered the cause when I took the shroud off and ran the A/C unit. With light pressure I pulled the two tubes apart, the sound stopped. I put a piece of high density foam between the tubes to keep it from happening again in the future.
