Per the OP: "During walk through it was connected to shore power and we did indeed turn on AC. But AC also worked while camping but presumably off solar. It was near perfect out so AC ran very very little. "
Your AC will not run off solar. Very few high end coaches have the battery capacity and inverters to run an AC. Yours isn't one of them. Even if it was, it would run off batteries, not solar. Your solar on your unit is only enough to keep the batteries topped off in storage. If you were running AC then you were plugged in. Not trying to be crass, but you might want to do a little homework on what works in an RV on 12 v and what works on shore power.
After reading through this whole thread I would guess you tripped a breaker and don't know where it is. Even if wired incorrectly it would't work running ac at the dealership and then also while camping for a while.
A few clarifying questions; How many AC units do you have? Do you have residential refrigerator? Does it work? Do any/all of your outlets work? How many batteries? What is the state of those batteries? Have you checked all fuse panels/boxes (many rv's have more than one). Is there any chance you were running the AC and microwave at the same time? Is it possible you tripped the campground loop breaker and your coach has no problems after all? I did that once running ac and microwave at a state park - it didn't trip anything in my coach or at the pedestal, but tripped the breaker at the control for my loop.
I only have one AC. Goal was to install second AC before phoenix trip.
I do not know if I have a residential refrigerator but it does work ( did during day not night)
All outlets work, just fireplace never worked.
One battery, when I purchased it two weeks ago brand new obviously.
I checked the breakers in the one location I was told there are breakers and none were tripped. Did not diagnose fuses in the field.
We never used the microwave at all. Definitely not AC and microwave.
I’m not sure about tripping power on the loop, I did see others near us using power.
