excessive undercarriage noise in 2014 Jayco White Hawk 23MBH

We were wondering if anyone has experienced an excessive amount of undercarriage noise in a new trailer. Our Jayco, purchased two weeks ago, makes loud metal-on-metal cracking noises when backing up....

Thank you for the suggestion. We are taking it out this weekend for the first time. If the problem hasn't improved, we will have them look into this possiblity.
