If you prep it correctly you can do a decent self repair on a verticle surface with Plasicoat....tape off the area for overspray, do 2-3 light coats of white Plasticoat, then one coat of Glossifier......it will blend OK and keep water out....for horizontal surfaces it will also work but there are other options....
