Well I didn't bother calling them. I went back out and looked at it again and thought I would give it shot. Went very smoothly. After I figured out how to get to all the bolts and get vice-grips on the nuts on the back-side of the bolts, it came out smoothly and went back it almost as smoothly.
FYI you do have to jack up the slide but just a 1/4" or so, just enough to get the through bolts lined up. I had the slide out 3" or so.
Bearings on the gear pack were completely gone lots of play in the mounting plates. The slide runs so much smoother and it's quiet, faster too. Well worth the 80.00 for the part and 45 min. of labor.
