Morning update: After replacing the thermistor (entire wire, not just the end in the refrigerator) this morning the temperature in the refrigerator was *4* degrees. Replacing the "mystery board" is probably the next order of business (since this particular symptom started when that was installed) but the RV tech who is working with me is also putting in a call to Dometic.
