I see come corrosion on the mounting grounding screw near J2. You may want to clean up this. It could be a poor ground not allowing the circuit board to work properly.
Other then that it is new board ttime.
Get model and serial number. If it is a Dinosaur board call them for assistance.
I was thinking about that too. Do you think it really matters for 110? I think I will replace the screw and clean off the corrosion on the board under the screw head and try it anyway.
