I believe that is called dimensional weight. Large items add weight due to size rather than actual heft.

The page has a disclaimer saying that even though Sharp no longer makes the panels they will warrantee them for the next 20 years. The add says that they had a 25 year warrantee so I am assuming that they are 5 year old panels.
They are large though so pay attention to the size of 39x65.

Ya what gives... shipping says they are 150lbs each but the add says they are 44lbs. That's a lot of packaging. :( $399 for shipping 3 to VA. plus the cost of the panel. Free store pickup though.

That is a great deal.. Did you guys catch that they are "used"?
Sometimes you see a huge discount on grade B panels too, so I wonder what the story is on these...

I'm not sure that these are warrantied, per Sharp terms:
"This warranty is transferable when product remains installed in original location at the time of product warranty registration."

Usually these are ordered by the pallet.
