Looked around for some independent info and came across this article
Question about the below quote for those of you that understand these things: Since it evidently takes 2 kilowatts to make 5 kilowatts...where does that energy come from when starting with plain water???
Also, per the first pic at the O.P.'s link: Does it look to anyone else like the word "diesel" is on the left end of the "prototype" pictured???
