Brand ? Ease of installation ? Viewing quality ? Like OP, I'm no professional electrician but thought the wireless route would be less hassles than pulling wires, etc.
No, I was able to get a wired unit to work. The tech at RV Cams told me what to get to make it work (needed to go from RCA to coax and back - thank God Radio Shack was still open).
The system is a Safesight 9 inch LCD with a model SC0104 camera with IR LEDs.
