Recommended height for solar panels
I am laying out a roof plan, looking at shading. I made a good scale drawing and now need to assume a mounting height in order to finalize the shaded no go areas. I suppose there are different opinion...

Folks, I suffer from providing too much info. I have a good grasp on the shading and locating parameters. What I don't know for sure is how high the panels should be off the roof. Once I know that, I can finish marking the shaded areas on my drawing. I plan to post the finished drawing in a separate thread.
