Refilling 16 oz propane bottle off a 20# tank
I am missing the instructions on the procedure of how to do this, after buying the thread adapter to do so. Could someone walk me through the procedure? I assume I need a bleed off valve that...

And a 30lb cylinder etc. etc. This I know, but the OP seemed very unsure of how the process works for refilling a cylinder designed to not be refilled. I'm in no position to tell anyone not to do something unless it is something I have expert knowledge of. I just wanted the OP to understand what could happen. These are key to reducing risk and avoiding hazards both of which are pillars of good safety practices which I am an expert on. Any other safety professionals want to chime in?
