Refilling 16 oz propane bottle off a 20# tank
I am missing the instructions on the procedure of how to do this, after buying the thread adapter to do so. Could someone walk me through the procedure? I assume I need a bleed off valve that...

I use bulk tank with adapter hose or the pipe power everything, from BBQ to lantern.
Why even bother with 1lb tanks.
I keep them as backup, just incase but I don't refill them, cause I don't want to be blown to small bits and scattered across 2 acres.
