Refilling 16 oz propane bottle off a 20# tank
I am missing the instructions on the procedure of how to do this, after buying the thread adapter to do so. Could someone walk me through the procedure? I assume I need a bleed off valve that...

Per my knowledge propane has about 60psi at +- 70F to liquefy.
This is not really big pressure and you can see sheet metal cans filled with it for air horns.
I wonder when somebody will figure out how to refill those ;)
California made automobile refrigerant cans mandatory with shut-off valves.
Aren't they asking for it ;)
