That warranty might not be worth the paper it is printed on. Stick with a known company. David Force ( seller of Amish units) will talk to you on the phone and answer any questions even if you are not buying his units. He has an excellent reputation.

They've been around for years- website since 2008, and the company 12 years before that. They are just now starting to expand in to the US market.
