When mine broke off, I got a piece of metal, fastened it to the bottom of the door - angled out at the hinge end, drilled an appropriately located hole for the hinge pin, used a teflon washer as a bearing and never looked back. This was before any repair kits were available. A replacement door with the same design flaw for $300,00 was not considered a viable option. This was on a Norcold 822 refrigerator.
