Refrigerator help

We live in Indiana and we just got back from a trip to Colorado. During the drive, I noticed that my refrigerator, which was running on propane, kept going into fault mode. I noticed this as we started going up in elevation. I'm assuming that the problem was the change in the oxygen level causing the flame to go out? As soon as we got back to the flat lands everything was ok. I'm a little puzzled and looking for some help. Thanks.

What a coincidence! I just read your thread. Thanks. Let me know what your dealer has to say about it. I'm guessing that it has to be something with the air/propane mixture?

  • Time to give it a tune up. Clean the orfice, flame sensor, flue, etc.
