Refrigerator not cooling fully

Our refrigerator is cool but not cold. Freezer can't keep ice frozen.

No ammonia smell.

I have a fan inside frig running full time.

Temps are highs in mid 80's lows in lower 70's. No shade on site.

Anything that I can do to make it work fully?
