Yep....orange/yellow flame is an indication of incorrect fuel/air ratio.
There is no 'air shutter' to adjust therefore it is all dependent on fuel delivery.
Clean orifice, clean burner and proper gas pressure are needed to provide the correct amount of gas.
And the piezo lighter should produce a strong visible spark
