The circuit board is not detecting the presence of 120 volts AC. It defaults to LP.
Did you try plugging in a different appliance to where the refer is plugged into? It takes something like a standard table lamp, trouble light, electric drill or what ever is handy.
The three amp fuse is most likely the one in question.
Did you find the correct model number of the refer?
