If you do not have power at terminal j6 & 7 board is suspect BUT-
that would be the last link in the chain of events that should be tested. It could be several things before that and should be verified, namely fuses, fridge eyebrow board etc. There should be a 5 amp fuse for the AC side on the board. IF you correctly identified your fridge Norcold 6062-there is a good troubleshooting step by step. Also has pic of fuse location.
