Other than guessing and replacing parts- Without testing it can not be predetemined what is at fault.
Thats the funny part. I took the fridge model directly off the fridge and the circuit board number directly off the circuit board but when I look online at this circuit board it is not identical to what I have. Mine does not have a 5 amp fuse on it like the new ones do, that is about the only thing that is different as far as I can tell. There is only a 3 amp plug in fuse but not a glass cylindrical 5 amp fuse like the new ones have.
